Website for clinics and practices
Explain what you treat, who attends and how to book an appointment, with the trust a patient expects.
Tell me about your projectWhat it usually needs
- Treatments or services explained without jargon, one per page if they differ.
- The team with name, speciality and registration number where applicable.
- How to book: phone, form or a link to your online diary.
- Address, how to get there and each professional's hours if they vary.
- Appropriate legal texts: health data is specially protected and the form must not ask for it.
What I include
- Structure and copy organised together: home, services, team, appointments and contact.
- Mobile-friendly design, restrained and easy to read.
- Appointment form that asks only for the essentials, with a privacy notice adjusted to a healthcare practice.
- Team and service pages you can extend.
- Map, opening hours and call button.
What is quoted separately
It depends on the tools you already use and how much you want to do yourself. We decide it when defining the scope.
- Online booking integrated with your diary (Doctoralia, Clinic Cloud or another).
- Private patient area or document submission.
- Regular informative content (blog), if you want to publish it yourself.
Common questions
Can the form ask for the reason for the visit?
Better not. A medical reason is health data and requires more safeguards. The form asks for name, contact and preferred time; the reason is handled by phone or at the practice.
Can you integrate my appointment diary?
If your diary offers a widget or booking link, I integrate it. A custom integration with its API is quoted separately.
Do we need team photos?
It helps a lot: patients want to know who will see them. One simple, real photo per professional is enough.
Do you run a business like this?
Tell me what you have now and what you'd like to achieve. I'll reply with the next steps and, if it fits, a written quote.
