Treatments, without the jargon
What each one is, who it’s for and what a session is like. If you don’t know which one is yours, we’ll work it out together at your first visit.
Back and neck
- What it is
- We treat back and neck pain: from long hours sitting, from an awkward movement, and the kind that keeps coming back.
- Who it’s for
- If it hurts when you get up, when you turn your head or after a day at the computer.
- What a session is like
- First we look at how you move. Then hands-on techniques and exercises so the pain doesn’t come back.
45minutes
per session
Sports injuries
- What it is
- Sprains, tendinitis and muscle tears, and getting back to your sport after an injury or an operation.
- Who it’s for
- If you run, play padel or train and something is holding you back, or if you want to return without relapsing.
- What a session is like
- We measure strength and movement, treat the injury and give you a plan to return in stages.

per session
Pelvic floor and postnatal
- What it is
- The muscles that support the pelvis. They’re worked on after childbirth, with bladder leaks or with pain in the area.
- Who it’s for
- If you’ve recently had a baby, if you leak when you cough or run, or if your pelvic area hurts.
- What a session is like
- In a private room, calmly. We explain what’s going on and you learn exercises you can do at home.
50minutes
per session
Therapeutic exercise
- What it is
- Exercise prescribed by a physiotherapist, in groups of four people at most, to build strength and move better.
- Who it’s for
- If it no longer hurts but you want to keep it that way, or if you haven’t moved in a while and don’t know where to start.
- What a session is like
- Warm-up, exercises adapted to each person and stretches, always with a physio correcting you.

per session
