What I check
- Whether it works on mobile and whether the title and description Google shows are in place.
- Whether the phone number, a way to get in touch, the address and the opening hours can be found without searching.
- Whether it loads over a secure connection, how heavy the page is and whether images have alternative text.
What I don’t check
Real loading speed, Google ranking, design or copy. That’s what I look at myself, not a program. This check only analyses the page you enter, as a first-time visitor sees it.
